Account Deletion
Instructions for deleting a Foretold account and associated data.
Foretold users may permanently delete their account and associated app data directly from within the Foretold mobile application.
Delete your account in the app
- Open Foretold.
- Go to Settings.
- Select Delete Account.
- Review the deletion notice.
- Confirm that you want to permanently delete the account.
Once confirmed, Foretold initiates deletion of the account and associated Foretold data. This action cannot be undone.
Request deletion without access to the app
If you can no longer access Foretold, encounter an error while deleting your account, or require assistance, send a deletion request to:

Include the email address connected to the Foretold account. To protect user privacy, Hidalgo Collective LLC may request information reasonably necessary to verify that the requester controls the account before processing the request.
Data deleted
Account deletion is designed to remove the Foretold account and associated application data, including:
- The Foretold authentication account.
- Profile and onboarding information.
- Saved dream entries and intake responses.
- AI-generated dream interpretations.
- Seasonal depth reports associated with the account.
- Associated Foretold application records tied to the deleted account.
Locally cached account information is also cleared from the application following successful deletion.
Data that may be retained
Hidalgo Collective LLC may retain limited information where reasonably necessary for:
- Legal or regulatory compliance.
- Fraud prevention and security.
- Resolving disputes.
- Enforcing agreements.
- Financial, tax, and accounting obligations.
Limited copies may also remain temporarily in secured service-provider backups until those backups are overwritten through normal retention and rotation procedures.
Subscription and transaction records maintained by Apple, Google, RevenueCat, or other payment-service providers may remain subject to those providers’ legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, and retention requirements.
Active subscriptions
Deleting a Foretold account does not automatically cancel an active Apple App Store or Google Play subscription.
Users should cancel or manage their subscription through the applicable Apple or Google account before deleting their Foretold account.
